Event Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Events Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our clients' expectations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent organizational skills and a passion for event management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and coordination of all aspects of events, from conception to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and event staff, ensuring clear communication and seamless execution.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, AV requirements, transportation, and accommodation.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure products and services are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all elements are in place and any issues are resolved promptly.
• Monitor event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
• Handle any on-site problems or emergencies, making quick decisions to address challenges as they arise.
• Prepare and manage event budgets, ensuring accurate billing and financial records.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
