Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate Events Setup
• Manage Events Logistics / Incoming Logistics Shipments
• Manage Live Online Digital Events
• Manage and Work on Event Related Administrative Duties & Documentation
• Sourcing, Liaising and Negotiation with Malls, Sponsors, Partners, Customers and Event Suppliers for Our events
• Invoice & Payments Management
• Costs & Budget Management
• Provide Excellent Customer Service Support
• Basic Brochure/Marketing Collaterals Design including the Preparation of Event Onsite Related Documents & Materials
• Building Data and Leads for Event Marketing

Requirements:

• Must be highly responsible, with the ability to work under pressure and independently
• Problem Solving Mindset and will always go the extra mile for the events you work on
• Multi-Tasker & Possess Strong Work Ethics
• Ability to Meet Tight timelines and Monthly Sales Targets
• Able to Travel Overseas Within Short Notices
• Able to Work Late Nights Or Overnights To Ensure Successful Events Sites Setup
• Able to Travel From Site To Site To Oversee Setup At Various Events Locations
• Possess Good Communications Skills
• Must Be Able To Work On Weekends & Public Holidays
