Job Functions & Summary:
Responsible to secure private banquets and functions and assist in the overall supervision of events operations.
Job Roles & Responsibilities
·Assists in coordinating and ensuring the smooth running of all major and minor
Corporate events.
· Issue golf/banquet event plans, follow-up on special requests and other
administrative duties as requested by the client.
· Attend to and resolve customers’ complaints and tabulate customers’ feedback for
management review.
· To be present at all events and ensure that service of the highest standard is accorded to customers and members.
· Attend to billing enquiries and prepare billing summaries for transactions/statements.
· Issue meeting agenda and take minutes for meetings
· Handle administrative duties including raising of purchase requisition, filing of
documents, correspondences etc.
· Prepare printing materials relating to the event eg: directional signs, menu etc.
· Assist with banquet coordination and activities (non-golf events) as and when
required.
· Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
