Executive Driver / CEO Chauffeur

Role Purpose

As Adlai Nortye Singapore establishes its local operations,we are seeking an Executive Driver / CEO Chauffeur to support our CEO's daily commute and business engagements.

This is more than a drivingrole, it is a trusted position that works closely with the CEO and senior leadership. The ideal candidate ensure severy journey is safe, punctual, and seamless, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. As one of the first team membersthe CEO interacts with daily, you will represent the company's image in every business occasion.

Key Responsibilities

·        Provide safe, reliable and professional chauffeur service for the CEO’s daily work and personal business-related transportation.

·        Support airport transfers,business meetings, client visits, evening appointments, weekend arrangements and ad hoc transportation needs.

·        Maintain high standards of punctuality, route planning and readiness, including checking traffic, weather,parking and pickup arrangements in advance.

·        Ensure the assigned vehicle isclean, well-maintained, fuelled / charged, properly serviced and presented at executive standard at all times.

·        Coordinate vehicle servicing,inspection, insurance, road tax, repairs, cleaning and related administrative matters when required.

·        Assist with light company errands, document delivery, parcel collection, guest pickup and other reasonable business support duties, provided these do not affect CEO transportation priority.

·        Maintain strict confidentiality over all information heard, seen or accessed during the course of work, including CEO schedule, business discussions, personal matters, company information, client information and travel arrangements.

·        Communicate professionally with the CEO, assistants, office team, guests and external parties.

·        Remain contactable during agreed standby periods and respond promptly to approved transportation requests.

·        Comply with all Singapore traffic laws, company policies, safety requirements and confidentiality obligations.

·        Report any vehicle issue, accident, traffic incident, licence status change, demerit points, warning, summons or investigation immediately to the company.

Requirements

·        Singapore Citizen Only

·        Valid Singapore Class 3 orClass 3A driving licence.

·        Strong, safe and clean drivingrecord.

·        No current suspension record.

·        No history of licencerevocation.

·        No serious traffic offencerecord, including dangerous driving, drink driving or driving under disqualification.

·        Candidate should be able to provide supporting evidence of driving record when requested.

·        At least 3 years of drivingexperience in Singapore.

·        Prior experience as anexecutive driver, personal chauffeur, family driver, corporate driver orprivate chauffeur is a plus.

·        Able to work flexible hours, including weekday evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.

·        Service-oriented, discreet,trustworthy, punctual, responsible, composed and responsive, stays calm under pressure and proactively keeps employer updated on any changes.

·        Able to communicate in English; Mandarin communication ability is an advantage where business needs require coordination with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

·        Comfortable with confidentiality obligations and willing to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement.
