Roles & Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION
1) Ensure good customer experience, satisfaction and customer loyalty.
2) Ensure the smooth running of the shop operations in line with the company’s business objectives.
3) Oversee and hands-on daily operation
4) Train team to upsell receipt per head, retail products (take away), recruit Loyalty Membership and provide good customer service.
5) Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed
6) Prepare shift schedules
7) Supervise kitchen and wait staff and provide assistance, as needed
8) Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
9) Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
Requirements :
1) Have F&B working experience.
2) Able to improve sales from soical media posting and marketing.
3) Friendly personality and hospitable to all guests.
4) Need to be hands-on to daily operations, so as to understand better on SOPs to improvise the work flow.
5) Positive attitude with a strong sense of communication with customer.
