• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm
• Salary: up to $4,200 (Depending on experiences)

Job Description

➤ Responding on enquiries from customer & processing pricing estimates/quotations.

➤Co-ordinate, negotiate & data gathering for the quote preparation.

➤Price reviewing.

➤Budgeting and analysing.

➤Assists in preparing, analysing customers and suppliers’ forecast actual demands, etc.

➤Support in monthly reporting.

Job Requirement

➤ Diploma / Degree Holder who possess the following skills:

a. Teamwork

b. Communication skills

c. Time management and accuracy

d. Microsoft Office Proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

➤ Possess relevant experience in similar field or experience handling shipment arrangements, and coordinating with customers, suppliers and forwarders.

➤ Hands on experience in issuing quotations is an added advantage but not necessary
