Expression of Interest- Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations

Recruit123 is currently partnering with an established organization to hire an Assistant Manager, Clinical Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in an upcoming new service launch while managing and expanding a specialized clinical and operational portfolio.

What you will be doing:

In this role, you will focus on establishing new operational workflows, educating clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring each phase of the patient and product lifecycle receives strategic focus. Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include overseeing processes from patient admission through to procurement, inventory management, and end-to-end logistics to drive operational efficiency. You will execute tailored operational strategies aligned with regulatory and healthcare guidelines, analyze department metrics to increase resource presence and utility, and build strong, trusting relationships with medical specialists, nursing leads, and procurement vendors. Additionally, you will handle data-driven process detailing, manage your daily schedule to balance multiple vendor portfolios, support internal operational seminars, and gather market intelligence on supply chain trends to track compliance and efficiency against company targets.

What we are looking for:

We are seeking candidates with at least 1 year of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or medical logistics management. Because you will handle a diverse portfolio spanning admissions, procurement, and logistics, strong organizational and time-management skills are essential. You should be highly adaptable, comfortable learning complex clinical administration and supply chain data sets, and able to switch operational strategies smoothly throughout the day. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required, including the ability to handle workflow objections or bottlenecks from internal stakeholders and vendors using patience and performance data.
