F&B / Restaurant Associate

Responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Present menus, explain dishes, specials, and answer questions about ingredients or preparation
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Serve food and drinks promptly, following proper service etiquette
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Process payments and handle cash/card transactions accurately
• Clear and reset tables between guests
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment
• Upsell menu items, specials, and promotions
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order delivery
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
