Job description:
* Lead the overall management of the restaurant and ensure smooth daily operations.
* Drive sales growth while maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.
* Monitor business performance, control operating costs, and maximise profitability.
* Plan staffing requirements and oversee team scheduling.
* Develop, coach, and motivate the management and restaurant team.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational procedures.
* Manage inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships.
* Support marketing activities and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, Business, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in the fast-food or casual dining industry.
* Strong leadership and people management skills.
* Good understanding of restaurant operations and financial management.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Possess a valid Food Safety Certificate.
* Able to work flexible hours when required.
