Salary: $3,500 to $3,800
Work Days: 5 Days (8:30am to 5:30pm)
Work Location: Tuas
Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, quotations and service coordination.
• Identify sales opportunities through proactive follow-up on quotations and customer engagement.
• Coordinate service schedules for Service Engineer and operational activities to ensure timely execution.
• Prepare and process quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Liaise with local and overseas suppliers to source products and support procurement activities.
• Monitor service schedules and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled efficiently.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and update relevant information in the company's systems.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics or a related discipline
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service or sales coordination
• Experience in the maritime, engineering, or logistics industry will be anadvantage
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Singaporean only need apply
