Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Field Technical Support role based in Singapore. The Field Technical Support professional will handle day-to-day technical troubleshooting, provide customer and technical support, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly. The role involves analyzing and resolving technical problems, maintaining a collaborative relationship with clients, and supporting the deployment and maintenance of the company’s equipment and solutions.
Qualifications
Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for resolving technical challenges effectively.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills for diagnosing technical issues and recommending practical solutions.
Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills, along with an ability to communicate clearly and build strong client relationships.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple client requests efficiently.
Flexibility to work on-site in Batam and provide support at customer locations as needed.
Experience or knowledge in SMT electronics manufacturing or laboratory equipment is an added advantage.
Required skills(s):
In-Circuit Test (ICT), Automated X-ray Inspection (AXI), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), SMT PCBA Manufacturing knowledge, Electrical & Mechanical troubleshooting.
