Responsibilities:

Hostess

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Build positive relationships with guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
• Responsible in making reservations and special arrangements for guests, such as celebrating birthdays or anniversaries.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Follow up with guests after their visit to ensure satisfaction and encourage return visits.

Bartender

• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and spirits.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Mix and garnish drinks according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service practices and regulations.

Server

• Assist in seating guests and presenting menus.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly.
• Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

• Training will be provided for entry level.
• Candidate with relevant experience in F&B/Fine Dining/Customer Service will have added advantage.
• Willing to engage in shift work, which includes work on weekends and PH.
