Key Responsibilities

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

• Conduct one-to-one/ small group personal training sessions.
• Coach clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition fundamentals and lifestyle habits.
• Monitor client progress and adjust training plans where necessary.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and relationships.
• Conduct fitness consultations and recommend suitable coaching programmes.
• Maintain accurate client records and progress reports.
• Participate in internal education, coaching assessments and team development sessions.
• Maintain a professional, clean and welcoming gym environment.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and coaching teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
