What you will do as an Indoor Skydiving Flight Instructor:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable flight experiences

• Conduct flight briefings and debriefings for customers

• Ensure the safety of customers during flight sessions

• Assist customers in improving and extending their flight experience

• Work closely with the Operations Team to maintain high safety and service standards

• Support daily operational and maintenance duties

• Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a physical fitness assessment required for flight operations and training duties

• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong sense of responsibility and safety awareness

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

• Prior experience in customer service, sports, fitness, or safety-related roles will be an advantage

• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking customers and tourists will be an advantage

• Candidates must have valid rights to work in Singapore

• Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification
