We are currently looking for a Front of House Team Member who enjoys working with people, takes pride in providing excellent service, and thrives in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in ensuring every guest has a positive dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests warmly and assisting with seating arrangements

• Presenting menus and taking food and beverage orders accurately

• Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner

• Answering customer questions and making menu recommendations

• Handling customer requests and resolving concerns courteously

• Processing payments and operating the point-of-sale system

• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area

• Assisting with table setup, clearing, and resetting between guests

• Working closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will be:

• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment

• Well-presented with strong communication skills

• Able to stay organized and maintain attention to detail

• Able to communicate in English; the ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is highly preferred to assist a diverse range of customers and team members

• Previous hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential—training can be provided for the right candidate

Availability

This role requires shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility and reliability are highly valued.
