Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse operations team. You will be responsible for executing the safe and efficient movement, staging, and storage of goods within our facility. This role requires precision handling of warehouse equipment, meticulous inventory logging, and a strong commitment to maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate forklift and reach truck equipment to load, unload, stack, and move heavy pallets or materials in high-bay racking systems.

• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Assist in receiving incoming shipments, verifying cargo counts against delivery orders, and preparing outgoing goods for dispatch.

• Inventory & Staging: Organize, sort, and place products in designated storage locations or staging areas to optimize warehouse space and workflow.

• Safety & Maintenance: Conduct mandatory pre-operation equipment inspections daily; report any mechanical malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to supervisors.

• Housekeeping: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and orderliness within the warehouse premises at all times.

Job Requirements

• Certification: Possess a valid WSQ Forklift Driver's Certificate / License (approved by Singapore Ministry of Manpower).

• Experience: Proven experience operating both standard Forklifts and Reach Trucks in a fast-paced warehouse environment (high-stack racking experience is highly preferred).

• Physical Capability: Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual labor as required.

• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld RF scanners is an advantage.

• Soft Skills: Strong teamwork orientation, a proactive attitude toward safety regulations, and good attention to detail.
