[FR] Hotel Reservation Officer

Our esteemed client, a luxury hotel located at the heart of Singapore, is seeking passionat individuals to join their Reservations team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, handling guest inquiries, and providing guidance on room availability, rates, and promotions. You will work closely with the front desk and other departments to coordinate guest bookings and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in resolving any issues or complaints from guests regarding their reservations
• Meet or exceed monthly upsell and maintain abandon calls goals
• Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
• Process cancellations and modifications to reservations in a timely manner
• Liaise and communicates effectively with the relevant departments
• Monitors and be responsible for group booking activities
• Responsible for maintenances of good Group data standard in both Marsha and Opera

Requirements

• Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' level or Diploma in Hospitality
• Have at least 1 year of experience in handling Hotel Reservation Room Sales
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
