Freight Operations

Work location: East
Work hours: 9am to 5.30pm/5.5days (alternate Saturday work from Home)

·      Handle daily logistics for incoming and out going shipments to ensure timely delivery

·      Prepare and check shipping documents (e.g.airway bills, bills of landing)

·      Track shipments and update clients or team members on delivery status

·      Check and inspect cargo in the warehouse to ensure proper handling and safety

·      Enter shipment details and update records accurately in the system

·      Assist with permit applications and ensure compliance with customs rules

·      Work with freight forwarders, carriers, and internal teams to solve any shipment issues

·      Respond to enquiries from clients and internal teams regarding shipments

·      Support the team with any other ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirement :

Diploma in Maritime, Logistics, Supply Chain Management

1 to 2 years experiences in freight operation

Able to handle shipping documents independently
