Job Description - Front Desk Associate, Perennial Living
Responsibilities:
Respond to phone and online queries from visitors and guests, handling visitors’ registration, providing them with the necessary information / directions.
Greet all visitors and guests, serving as the primary point of contact for their needs, from providing directions to communicating their requests or queries with the relevant internal teams to ensure a timely response.
Perform administrative work such as handling billing, updating guest records, managing facilities bookings, preparing shift handover, and managing reports.
Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Preferably a Diploma holder with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the hospitality sector.
Positive and warm personality with a strong service mindset.
Patience and empathy to engage effectively with elderly.
Professional and personable demeanor.
Able to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese to serve Mandarin-speaking guests and address their service needs.
Willing to work on shift arrangement, including weekends and public holidays.
