FRONT DESK (Location: AMK)

We at De Pacific Dental Group are in search of Superstar Front Desk who will serve in a key growth position in providing comprehensive support to our clients in all aspects of the dental business.

Overall Role:-

• The Front Desk is an important position as this personnel is a multi-skilled member of the dental health team. Her primary role is to set up appointments and following up with patient’s enquiries and to attend to walk-ins and supporting the Practice Manager/Operation Coordinator in running the clinic operations efficiently and accurately. She works together with the rest of the team in executing the systems, policies and company’s vision and mission in the practice.

Requirements

• Full time position available - able to work shift roster 44hrs/week including 1 weekend. Candidates seeking for office hours or weekends off need not apply. 1 weekday and 1 weekend off per week.
• Without experience may apply as training is provided.
• Relevant working experience in dental industry is an added advantage Eg. Nitec or any equivalent.
• Part-time available for those with dental experience only.
• Possess a mature, positive attitude, team player and cheerful personality.
• Basic knowledge in using computers
• Only Singaporeans need apply
