Job Description - Front Desk Service Executive

Monthly salary up to $3500
Working location: Mulitple working location (Convenience to MRT)

Responsibilities:

Fixing the treatment appointment with customer
Call and remind customers to confirm their appointment
Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties
Perform cashiering duties and daily cash reconciliation

Benefit:

Basic salary + OT + Commission
Annual Leave and others staff welfare
Medical and insurance coverage
Multiple working location (Convenience to MRT)

Requirement:

Candidate must at least "O" level and above.
Good in communication skill, customer care & telesales.
Able to work in retail hours.
In order to handle queries, concerns and feedback from Mandarin speaking customers.
Comforatable to work with customer.
Entry level are welcome to apply and training will be provided.
