Full-Time Permanent Enrichment Teachers

(Math / Science / Humanities / Chinese)

Join an established enrichment center located in the heart of Singapore. We are seeking passionate, responsible, and adaptable educators—including fresh graduates—to inspire students and partner with parents in their academic journeys.

Salary & Compensation

· Gross Salary: S$1,100 – S$1,500 per month

· Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

· Benefits: Full Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions for Singaporeans/PRs, comprehensive training, and performance-based salary reviews.

Work Hours & Location

· Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM (25 hours per week)

· Punctuality: Must arrive 15 minutes before class (3:45 PM) for lesson preparation.

· Location: Toa Payoh (TPY) Central

Key Responsibilities

1. Classroom Excellence & Progress Monitoring

· Conduct energetic, interactive, inquiry-based, and student-centered lessons.

· Mark and grade student assignments accurately and in a timely manner.

· Inspire and motivate Preschool, Primary, and Secondary students to excel.

2. Stakeholder Collaboration

· Communicate closely with students and maintain open channels with parents.

· Provide timely, constructive feedback to parents regarding student learning milestones.

3. Center Branding & Events

· Participate in branding activities, including YouTube content creation and article writing.

· Contribute to company growth by supporting webinars, trial classes, and educational talks.

4. Curriculum & Professional Development

· Review provided worksheets and lesson contents thoroughly before teaching.

· Coordinate with the Resourcing team to manage regular and ad-hoc relief classes.

· Participate in curriculum enhancement initiatives and attend assigned workshops or seminars.

Subject Specialisations

Candidates should be capable of teaching one or more of the following:

· Languages: Mother Tongue (Chinese Language)

· Mathematics: Mathematics / E-Maths / A-Maths /Math Olympiad

· Science: Science / Combined Science / Pure Physics / Pure Chemistry / Biology

· Humanities: History/ Social Studies / Geography

Job Requirements

· Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above from an accredited university (e.g., NUS, NTU, SMU, or equivalent). A degree in Education or Chinese Studies is a strong asset.

· Languages: Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese to effectively deliver Mother Tongue lessons and communicate with parents.

· Experience: FRESH GRADUATES are warmly welcomed. For experienced tracks, 1+ years of teaching in schools or tuition centers is preferred.

· Syllabus Knowledge: Familiarity with the Singapore MOE curriculum is an advantage. Understanding question trends for PSLE, O-Level, N-Level, and Math Olympiads (e.g., NMOS, SMO, APMOPS) is highly beneficial.

· Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

· Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a positive, keen-to-learn attitude.
