Monthly Salary: $2,700 – $3,000 (Depending on experience) + Bonus + Incentives
Annual Leave:Â 14 Days
Options: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Note: Must be open to working on weekends and public holidays when required (rostered).
As a core member of our service team, you will:
Be the First Point of Contact:Â Warmly handle customer enquiries and provide exceptional service support.
Understand Client Needs:Â Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements with care and professionalism.
Internal Coordination:Â Work closely with internal teams to ensure flawless, smooth service delivery.
Provide Care:Â Offer professional assistance and a helping hand to customers when they need it most.
Industry Comfort: Comfortable working within the funeral services industry (an environment that requires empathy and respect).
Mindset:Â A positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a high sense of responsibility.
Experience (Bonus): Prior experience in a call-center or hotel/hospitality environment is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
