Based in MSC’s Singapore Regional Office, the Strategic Account Team is responsible for supporting headquarter directive in steering growth for the company. In this position, the incumbent will have opportunities to display their abilities, acquire skills and knowledge in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership and accountability for driving business development across assigned client accounts.
Customer Focal Point
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, streamlining quotations, bid submissions, and day‑to‑day communication to ensure clear information flow and efficient business interactions.
Business Development
Identify, build, and sustain long‑term business opportunities to support profitable and sustainable growth.
Client Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong, positive customer relationships through regular engagement to achieve business targets and support long-term partnerships.
Customer Care Management
Proactively create solutions, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and resolve business issues efficiently to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Contract Management
Ensure accurate and timely contract preparation, filing, reporting, and documentation, providing customers with a seamless and reliable experience.
