Guest Relation Officer

BMG Hotel 1888 Collection is looking for an enthusiastic guest relations officer.
The guest relations officer is responsible for the care, hospitality and service given to our guests throughout their stay.
He/She is the Hotel's service champion providing an awesome experience to our guests from arrival till post depature.
Ensure all details system are updated in accordance
Ensure preference of incoming guests are prepared and ready prior to arrival.
Ensure guests receive a fast and efficient check-in and check-out.
Ensure all customer queries or requests are handled in a polite and efficient manner.
Basic services to guests (not limited to): Welcome guests on arrival, explain features of room, describing our services, arrange wake up calls or taxi services.
Work with the house keeping team on room cleaning.
Ensure a sales attitude is adopted at all times / awareness of all sales opportunities.
Assist in hotel events and marketing procedures.
Work under the umbrella of the Hotel Group.
Undertake additional responsibilites as directed by Management.
Shift work is required.
