Job Scope:
- Assign guests to tables, maximising utilisation of the space to the best advantage
- Ensure every guest is greeted warmly, seated promptly, and well attended to
- Work with Manager to receive and coordinate all reservations and special requests - Provide good customer service and respond efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests, and inquiries
- Attend to phone inquiries and ensure all reservations are confirmed
- Receive and act on feedback from all guests
- Prepare monthly report of guest comments, guest list, and report to assist business decisions
- Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of F&B experience
- Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous
- Team player
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with an outgoing personality
- Well-groomed and takes pride in looking good
- Great communication and excellent guest service skills
