Job Description

• Position Title: Guest Relations Executive / Reservation Agent
• Working Location: Bugis
• Working Hours: 5 days, Mon - Fri (9.30 am – 6.30 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3500 (Basic) + Monthly incentive + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Handle reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels and ensure reservation records are accurate and current.
• Optimize seating and table allocation with the restaurant team.
• Coordinate private event and special occasion inquiries, manage bookings, and arrange menus, seating, and special requests.
• Oversee catering inquiries and off-site event orders.
• Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of catering services, meeting the client's expectations.
• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with third-party reservation platforms like Quandoo and Chope, collaborating to enhance restaurant reservations and visibility.
• Respond promptly and professionally to email inquiries from guests and potential customers, providing detailed information about the restaurant's offerings, menus, and special promotions.
• Conduct customer profiling and analysis (Product Mix analysis, Gap analysis, Benchmarking).
• Collaborate with marketing partners to boost restaurant promotions.
• Assist with financial tasks, including payment processing and invoicing.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.
