Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist local and international visitors.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to guest enquiries.
• Ensure the smooth daily operation of attractions.
• Monitor guest safety and follow operational procedures.
• Manage visitor flow and crowd control when required.
• Perform routine operational and safety checks.
• Maintain cleanliness of attraction areas.
• Support attraction activities and events.
• Work closely with team members to ensure service excellence.
• Undertake additional operational duties when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, tourism, attractions, retail, or events.
• Friendly and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods.
