HAIR SALON MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Hair Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The Salon Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency, and creating a positive and professional salon environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the salon.
• Lead, coach, and motivate hairstylists and support staff to achieve performance targets.
• Schedule staff shifts, monitor attendance, and manage manpower requirements.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Monitor salon sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue.
• Promote salon services, packages, and retail products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Maintain salon cleanliness, appearance, and operational standards.
• Prepare sales reports, staff performance reports, and operational records.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and training of salon employees.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and salon best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salon Manager, Assistant Salon Manager, or in a supervisory role within the beauty or hair industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales, marketing, and business development abilities.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in salon booking systems, POS systems, and basic computer applications.
• Knowledge of salon operations, hair care services, and retail products.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
