We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hair Salon Manager to oversee the daily operations of our salon. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing salon staff, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales performance, maintaining operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
Manage the daily operations of the salon to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Monitor appointment scheduling, customer flow, and service standards.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and professional presentation of the salon premises.
Lead, supervise, and motivate hairstylists, assistants, and support staff.
Prepare staff work schedules and manage manpower planning.
Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
Ensure a high standard of customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and service recovery professionally.
Develop customer retention initiatives and loyalty programmes.
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Promote salon services, packages, and retail products.
Analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor salon revenue, expenses, and profitability.
Prepare sales and operational reports for management review.
Manage inventory levels and coordinate procurement of salon products and supplies.
Implement cost-control measures to improve operational efficiency.
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Beauty Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hairdressing, beauty, or wellness industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in salon management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Hairdressing or beauty industry certification.
Experience in retail sales and customer relationship management.
Knowledge of current haircare products, treatments, and industry trends.
Experience in managing multiple service staff and outlet operations.
