Responsibilities

• Provide professional hair services including haircutting, colouring, styling, rebonding, perming, hair treatments, and scalp care to meet client needs
• Recommend suitable hairstyles, treatments, and haircare products to clients to enhance their appearance and hair health
• Promote a wide range of salon services and treatment packages to increase customer engagement and sales
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and personalized consultations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and salon equipment to ensure a safe and pleasant environment
• Support daily salon operations and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager to ensure smooth workflow
• Collaborate effectively with team members to coordinate salon activities and optimize client experience
• Apply strong negotiation and selling skills to achieve sales targets and maximize service uptake
• Present a well-groomed, professional, and approachable appearance to represent the salon’s brand positively
• Communicate clearly and courteously with clients and peers to foster a positive salon atmosphere
• Demonstrate a hardworking attitude with a positive approach to daily tasks and challenges
• Work independently with self-motivation and take responsibility for assigned duties
• Adapt to a 6-day work week schedule to meet salon operational needs
