Healthcare Programmes Executive (East, Social Services, Office Hours) #HRY

Job Description

• Plan, organise and conduct active ageing programmes to the elderly
• Ensure that programmes meet the required standards and achieve the desired outcomes of client engagement.
• Implement new programmes and/or services for service users based on needs.
• Conduct programme evaluation to gather feedback for all regular programmes.
• Identify areas of improvement and initiate enhancements/improvements.
• Coordinate and manage stakeholders communications for programmes and services.
• Guide volunteers in executing programme activities.
• Manage programme budgets and resources.
• Work with other organisations to execute programmes.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in any discipline/field of study
• Min 1-3 years of working experience with ageing community setting and healthcare or social service sector
• Knowledge of programme design, implementation, and evaluation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Possess adaptability to find ways of solving and/or pre-empting problems.
• Comfortable with 5.5 days work week
