**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated Hostess to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining dining standards, and ensuring smooth daily operations in a fast-paced multicultural environment.

**Job Description**
• Greet and serve customers with a friendly, professional attitude whilst taking orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas, service stations, and kitchen facilities in compliance with NEA food safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and manage point-of-sale systems

**Job Requirements**
• Prior experience in F&B service is advantageous but not essential; comprehensive training will be provided
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a diverse team
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills with ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
• Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain upon employment)
