Job Summary

Support HR administrative functions by managing staff documentation and performing related clerical tasks to ensure smooth HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update workers’ and staff documentation accurately to maintain organized HR records
• Assist in preparing and processing HR administrative documents to support HR operations
• Perform general administrative tasks as assigned to facilitate efficient office workflow
• Use Microsoft Word and Excel to create, update, and maintain HR-related documents and reports
• Manage time effectively to complete tasks within deadlines and support team productivity
• Demonstrate a proactive and mature attitude to handle HR clerical duties independently
• Commit to working 5.5 days per week to meet operational requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in HR or related administrative roles is preferred
