Instruments Sales Engineer

Job Responsibility

• Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
• Identifies current and future customer services.
• Expand market share and increase customer base to achieve sales targets.
• Required to prepare the tender document, study drawings/BQ, and make suitable recommendations of product models to customers.
• Handling of customer inquiries, including general calls, faxes, emails, and correspondence.
• Preparation of quotations.
• Required to do up the product specification for customers.
• Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
• To provide Sales and Operations support with regard to the technical service divisions.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
• Preferably with the knowledge in HVAC Controls & Instrumentation for Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Industry or equivalent.
• 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field will be an added advantage
• Able to work onsite also will be an added advantage.
• Possess good communication skills, presentation skills, problem-solving
• Able to work in a team as well as independently.
