Key Responsibility
The Internal Sales Engineer works closely with External Sales members as one of the main contacts for customers regarding spares parts & services inquiries. This role involves managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, ensuring smooth coordination with other departments and maintaining strong customer relationships.
This role will be based in Singapore, is part of the Sales Department ( Inside Sales team ) and reports to the Customer Experience Manager.
The main tasks and responsibilities are:
