We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support and ensure the smooth operation of the company's IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering end-user technical support, administering Microsoft 365, and maintaining day-to-day IT operations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating closely with business users, and working with regional IT teams to deliver reliable and efficient IT services.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and Microsoft Office.
Manage user accounts and access through Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).
Support network connectivity, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN environments.
Coordinate with hardware vendors for equipment repairs and warranty-related issues.
Perform software installation, system configuration, and routine maintenance.
Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets while ensuring service levels are met.
Work closely with regional IT teams to maintain stable and secure IT operations.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT Support, IT Helpdesk or IT Operations
Experience providing technical support in an enterprise environment.
Hands-on experience delivering onsite end-user support.
Experience administering Microsoft 365 services.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms is an advantage.
Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, networking, and identity & access management.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with excellent attention to detail.
A customer-focused team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
