ITAD Operations Lead

About Us

Recirculate IT Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and refurbished IT equipment company. We provide secure collection, data destruction, asset recovery, refurbishment and remarketing services for corporate customers.

We are seeking an ITAD Operations Lead to oversee our ITAD processing operations, client collections and asset disposition projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage IT asset collections from customer sites
• Supervise the receipt, processing and tracking of IT assets
• Maintain chain-of-custody and asset accountability throughout the process
• Operate and manage data sanitisation workflows using industry-standard software
• Generate asset reports, data destruction reports and customer deliverables
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and quality requirements
• Coordinate with warehouse, technicians and logistics personnel
• Conduct inventory audits and stock reconciliation
• Assist in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 and ITAD operational procedures
• Handle customer enquiries relating to collection and processing projects
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the operations department

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in ITAD, IT asset management, warehouse operations or logistics preferred
• Familiarity with computer hardware and laptop asset management
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Strong organisational and documentation skills
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence preferred

Working Hours

Monday to Friday

8:30am to 5:30pm

Lunch Break: 1 hour

5-day work week

Occasional overtime may be required for large-scale collection projects, customer site activities or operational requirements.
