Become a Junior Customer Service and Office support at RTA Ship Services Pte Ltd, a leading provider of shipping services. In this full-time position based in the Tuas, you will play a crucial role in supporting sales enquiries and order process internally.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining and Directing daily email within the team internally effectively.

• Updating inventories records and assisting with the local purchases.

• Obtaining offer from supplier and assisting to complete customer quotation

• Assisting to upload sales enquiries in system and keeping track of the quotation status.

• Assisting with the order processing and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements.

What we're looking for

• Proficient in using basic office software applications, such as Microsoft Office.

• A team player with a positive attitude and the willingness to learn and adapt.

• No experience required and fresh grad is welcome, training will be provided.

• Singapore Citizen / Permanent Resident only
