Junior Sales Manager - Janpan, Korea and Asean Aerospace

Business unit: Aerospace, Defense and Industry (ADI)

Location: Singapore

Mobility: 20 to 50%

Scope: Asean + Pacific ;rest of Asia occasionally (India, China, North-East) and 1 to 2 annual trips to Europe

Mission:
The Aerospace ASEAN Junior Sales Manager is responsible for executing the regional JKA(Japan, Korea and Asean) BD and Sales director’s strategies to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships in Asean region. This role combines market research, lead generation, and sales administrative support to expand the company’s market presence, brand awareness and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Aerospace Business Development & Sales Strategy

• Ensure close alignment and contribute to the BD strategies in the ASEAN region with the overall BD & Sales strategy of the different aerospace divisions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and as defined by the regional BD management.
• Promote HUTCHINSON Aerospace global offer and ensure consistent branding of HUTCHINSON.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Aerospace Clients Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Provide world class customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
• Assess on a regular basis the customer experience when dealing with Hutchinson aerospace products & services (HAS) in the ASEAN region, and provide feedback to the entire BD & Sales community of ADI.

• Aerospace Sales Management & Reporting

• Manage the sales pipeline and track progress against targets in coordination with the Regional BDM Director and different aerospace BU’s Sales Directors (incl. HAS).
• Ensure the continuity and the performance of the active sales pipeline in the region.
• Enrich reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights in coordination with the regional BDM Director.
• Ensure smooth execution of contract terms and maintain healthy accounts receivable management.
• Report major customer complaints and crisis situations to protect the company's brand reputation.

• Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination with all different Aerospace BUs

• Work closely with the relevant Sales and technical Point of contacts of each Business Units to align sales strategies.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities (Airshow, fairs, Aero mart) when approved by the Corporate Business development management.

• Team Leadership & Development

• Recruit (upon Regional management approval), train, and mentor sales team members.
• Set individual and team sales targets aligned with company goals on the region.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Provide proximity management oversight for representatives of other functions dedicated to aerospace in the ASEAN region.
  
  Requirements:

• Fluent in French and English (Bahasa is a plus)
• Technical bachelor’s or master’s degree or equivalent education and a minimum of 5 years related experience in aviation business, MRO.
• Solid knowledge of OEM / global airline industry experience and APAC business exposure.
• Self-confidence and winning attitude; concern for meeting and exceeding benchmark standards of excellence
• Persistence in staying focused on goals.
• Cultural adaptability and ability to travel autonomously overseas and in Europe.
