Job Description - Key Account Manager

Position: Guest Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and regular patrons, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing tailored experiences.

Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to enhance guest experiences and drive patronage growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to develop and implement strategies for guest acquisition and retention.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to enhance guest experiences.
  • Utilize market insights to develop innovative solutions that meet evolving guest needs.

Service Delivery:

  • Conduct personalized service advisories, ensuring guests receive premium treatment and customized experiences.
  • Organize special events, VIP table services, and exclusive experiences to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless coordination of all guest services, including reservations, table assignments, and special requests.
  • Prepare cost estimates and proposals for VIP services and exclusive events, ensuring transparency and value for guests.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Conduct regular reviews with guests to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the hospitality or entertainment industry, preferably in a nightclub or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key guest relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Bilingual is a must.
