Job Summary

Join Kimpson's Table as a Service Crew member to deliver excellent customer service, manage orders and reservations, maintain cleanliness, and support smooth daily operations in a vibrant dining setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to create a welcoming dining experience
• Take and verify customer orders accurately to ensure correct food and beverage delivery
• Serve food and beverages promptly to maintain customer satisfaction
• Manage table reservations to optimize seating and customer flow
• Conduct front-of-house stock checks to maintain adequate inventory levels
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas to uphold hygiene standards
• Assist with basic dishwashing duties to support kitchen operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Food Hygiene Level 1 Certificate to comply with food safety standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in food and beverage service to enhance customer interaction and operational efficiency

Other Information

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Last Order 2:30 PM), 
  break 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM, 
  5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Last Order 8:30 PM)
• Saturday (Temporary): 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Closed on Sundays and Public Holidays

Salary

• S$3,500/month (inclusive of overtime)

Benefits

• Complimentary staff meal once daily during break time
• Annual leave: minimum 10 days/year from year 1, up to 14 days based on tenure
