Laundry Shop Assistant

Job Description:

• Collect laundry items from customers, inspect garments for defects, discoloration, missing parts etc. 
• Invoice customers, collect payments and tagging of garments 
• Liaise with factory on any issues that may arise
• Prepare and receive delivery orders from factory
• Perform counter operations and customer service
• Collect payments and conduct daily closing of cashier report 

Job Requirements:

• Good command of English in both verbal and written communication
• Computer literate
• Able to work independently
• Work hours: 11am - 8pm
• Flexi work arrangements, 5-6 days/week, annual leave and year end bonus
• Work location: Clementi Mall
