Job Responsibilities
General Duties
Manage leasing paperwork and explaining the process to customers clearly, including all LEAP charges
Assisting customers with their questions and concerns
Assisting customers who have issues/ emergency/ complaints with their rental vehicle
Backend data updating for vehicle inventory
Pre-Sales
Attending to leasing tickets as well as recycling leads in database for business opportunities
Recalling specific LEAP cars for resale
Qualifying the customer needs, proposing suitable options for the customer and fixing showroom appointments
At the Showroom
Greeting customers on arrival and walking them through inventory and package offers
Handling test drive for the customers
Closing the sale; If no closure, find out what is preventing the customer from confirming the lease
Follow up with the customer on outstanding issues
At the Handover
Explaining the features (of the car) to the customer
Reminding customer of any notable information
Explaining what to do in case of emergencies
Upselling of any packages to the customer
After-Sales
Assist customer link up with after-sales customer touchpoint
Requirements
Minimum Diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year sales or customer service experience (car trade experience preferred)
Proficient in Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office
Able to communicate effectively
