Member Experience Enhancement: Identify opportunities to enhance the overall member experience and encourage participation in activities.
Administrative Duties:
Reservation Coordination: Manage dining, event, and facility reservations, ensuring accuracy and real-time updates in the system.
Information Dissemination: Communicate policies, event details, and updates to members and guests via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Record Keeping: Maintain thorough, accurate records of member interactions, membership status, and guest visits for efficient tracking.
Standards & Maintenance: Ensure the front desk and service areas uphold high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and luxury.
