Logistics Executive

Job Description:

• Handle full spectrum of shipment documentation of import and export including permit declaration and custom clearance.
• Monitor shipments and update customer on delivery status to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Reconcile complete reports and daily shipping data.
• Liaise with shipping lines /carrier and overseas agent on bookings, various requirements, and rates.
• Assist in data entry, filing & procedural keeping of shipment schedules, quotes, invoices etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirement:

• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Familiar with import shipment procedure and documentation preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft NAV software strongly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office
