Logistics Executive (Medical Supplies & Pharmaceuticals)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to oversee the daily logistics operations for medical drugs and healthcare supplies. The successful candidate will ensure timely deliveries, maintain inventory accuracy, and comply with all regulatory requirements for the storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the delivery of medical drugs and healthcare supplies to clinics and customers.
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.
• Manage inventory, stock movements, and replenishment.
• Ensure proper storage, handling, and transportation of pharmaceutical products in compliance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate logistics, inventory, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and expiry dates to minimize wastage.
• Investigate and resolve delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues.
• Support periodic stock counts and inventory audits.
• Assist in process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of logistics or warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical industry.
• Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical handling requirements is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and inventory/ERP systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
