Logistics Officer (Warehouse / Penjuru)

Job Description

• To perform general office administration under the direct supervision of Operations Manager
• Assist in duties related to document preparation and traffic coordination as required
• To develop and maintain excellent service to internal and external customers at all times
• Set up breakbulk files for all documents and records relevant to the consolidation
• Contact origin office via facsimile, e-mail system.
• Enter all relevant data for the consolidation into the breakbulk system.
• Update all DATA (Delivery order or Proforma invoice) in the ETBF system base the documents complete and sign by customers
• Prepares monthly report on the import, export and delivery status
• Photocopy CCP for billing to customer
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Knowledge in warehousing software i.e. SAP and WMS
• Minimum one year experience in the logistics / supply chain industry
• Experience in Microsoft Excel

Other Information

• Work Location: 46 Penjuru Lane (shuttle provided to/from Jurong East MRT)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm
