Logistics Operations & Project Support Coordinator

Company Overview

We are looking for an entry-level Logistics Operations & Project Support Coordinator to support daily logistics operations and assist in coordinating project-based logistics activities.

This role is suitable for individuals who are organised, responsible, and keen to develop a career in logistics operations and coordination.

This is a structured training role designed to progressively develop operational capability in logistics coordination and project support as part of a progressive development programme.

Key Responsibilities.

1. Daily Logistics Operations Support

• Assist in coordinating daily delivery jobs and schedules
• Support communication with drivers on job assignments
• Update job status and delivery progress
• Assist in handling basic customer enquiries and delivery updates

2. Project Coordination Support

• Assist in coordination of logistics and relocation projects
• Support scheduling of manpower and subcontractors
• Help track project timelines and job progress
• Assist with operational instructions under supervision

3. Subcontractor Coordination Support

• Assist in communicating job instructions to subcontractors
• Support scheduling and follow-up of job completion
• Escalate issues to supervisor when required

4. Reporting & Administration

• Update daily operations tracking sheets or dashboards
• Assist in basic reporting of job completion and exceptions
• Support documentation of operational activities
