LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate subcontractor fleet partners to support the company's transport and delivery operations
• Onboard new subcontractor fleets, ensuring documentation, vehicle suitability, and driver credentials meet company requirements
• Act as the primary point of contact for subcontractor fleet partners, handling day-to-day queries, job assignments, and issue resolution
• Coordinate vehicle and driver scheduling to meet delivery/operational timelines
• Monitor subcontractor fleet performance (timeliness, reliability, service quality) and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain accurate records of subcontractor engagements, job assignments, and costs
• Liaise with internal teams (operations, finance) to ensure smooth billing and settlement with subcontractor fleets
• Support ad-hoc logistics coordination tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, Nitec, or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• Fresh graduates / entry-level candidates welcome to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills — comfortable liaising with external vendors/subcontractors
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Prior experience in logistics, transport, or fleet coordination is a plus but not required
• Class 3 driving licence an advantage (not compulsory)
